AirOps Pricing: Custom Quotes Across 3 Tiers, 14-Day Trial

AirOps doesn't put a single dollar figure on its pricing page. All three plans, Solo, Pro, and Enterprise, run on custom quotes, so you're talking to sales before you see a number. The one concrete thing you get upfront is a 14-day free trial to test the AI visibility tracking and Quill's content production before you commit to anything.

AI Search Visibility (GEO) pricing at your prompt count

Use my pricing calculator to see how AirOps compares with other AI Search Visibility (GEO) software at the prompt count you actually need. Every tool here is priced at the same volume, which is the comparison a vendor’s own pricing page cannot make.

prompts

Priced in another currency, so listed separately rather than ranked:

The vendor’s own price is on the left. The dollar figure is my conversion at rates taken on 2026-08-06, shown only to give a sense of scale. These vendors do not set their dollar price by converting, so the approximation is not what you would be charged and is not used for ranking.

Some tools do not publish a price at exactly 50 prompts. Those show the next tier up, which is what you would actually pay: SE Visible at 200, Sorank at 300, Searchable at 100, Otterly.AI at 100, Scrunch AI at 125, Goodie at 100.

Recommendation

Which plan should you choose?

+
SoloA solo content marketer tracking one brand in ChatGPT

100 tracked prompts and 20,000 Quill tasks cover a single-person workload, and the ChatGPT-only limit isn't a dealbreaker if that's your main visibility concern.

+
ProA marketing team publishing across multiple AI search engines

Multi-engine tracking across Google, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Google AI Studio plus unlimited seats makes Pro the tier where team collaboration actually works.

+
EnterpriseAn agency managing AI visibility for multiple client brands

Custom prompt limits and multi-region, multi-language tracking are needed once you're juggling more than one brand's footprint across markets.

+
Solo (via trial)Someone just testing whether AI search tracking is useful

The 14-day trial lets you see the tracked prompts and Quill output before you sign up for a custom quote you can't easily undo.

My take on AirOps pricing

Three tiers, zero dollar signs. That's the first thing that jumps out when you look at AirOps pricing next to something like AthenaHQ, which at least publishes a starting number for its lower tier. AirOps keeps everything behind a sales call, on Solo, Pro, and even the plan meant for individual users. If you're comparison shopping across AI visibility tools, that opacity makes it harder to line AirOps up against Profound or Peec AI on cost alone.

The feature gap between Solo and Pro is the real story here. Solo only tracks ChatGPT, while Pro adds Google, Perplexity, and Google AI Studio, which matters a lot if your traffic sources span more than one engine. The prompt caps (100 on Solo, 250 on Pro) are also tight if you're tracking a large content library, and Quill's task allowances (20,000 vs 75,000) scale with the tier too. Whoever writes the check needs to estimate content volume before picking a plan, not after.

The 14-day trial is the only free look you get, and there's no money-back guarantee once you're past it. If you're used to tools with a 30-day refund window or a forever-free tier, like Otterly.AI, that's a real difference in how much risk you're carrying before you know if AirOps fits your workflow.

Verdict

Is AirOps Worth the Price?

If your team already publishes across ChatGPT, Google AI Studio, and Perplexity, and you need Quill generating tens of thousands of content tasks a month, the Pro tier's integrations and unlimited seats solve a real coordination problem.

That's a different situation than a single content writer who just wants to know how their brand shows up in ChatGPT, where Solo's 100-prompt cap and single-seat access might be plenty and the custom quote might land lower.

The lack of published pricing means you can't run a quick side-by-side against Scrunch AI or PromptWatch without booking a call first. For a buyer who wants to compare five tools in an afternoon, that's friction.

For a buyer already sold on AirOps' combination of visibility tracking and Quill's publishing agent, the custom quote is just the next step, not a barrier.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

AirOps doesn't publish prices for any of its three plans, Solo, Pro, or Enterprise. All pricing is custom, so you'll need to go through their sales process to get a quote.

No. AirOps offers a 14-day free trial instead of a free tier, and there's no money-back guarantee once the trial ends and you commit to a paid plan.

Solo tracks 100 prompts and pages with ChatGPT-only insights and monthly reports, single-user only. Pro raises the tracking limit to 250, adds Google, Perplexity, and Google AI Studio insights, switches to weekly reports, and opens up unlimited seats plus CMS, SEO, AEO, Social, and Project integrations.

It refers to the number of search prompts and web pages AirOps monitors for your brand's visibility in AI search results like ChatGPT or Google AI Studio. Solo caps this at 100, Pro at 250, and Enterprise sets custom limits.

Quill is AirOps' content agent that drafts, refreshes, and publishes content. Each plan includes a set number of content production tasks: 20,000 on Solo, 75,000 on Pro, and a custom allocation on Enterprise.

AirOps doesn't publish contract terms or cancellation policies on its pricing page. Since all plans are custom quotes, billing terms are likely negotiated during the sales process, so confirm this directly before signing up.

Solo fits a single person tracking one brand in ChatGPT with a smaller content workload. Enterprise fits agencies or larger teams needing multi-region, multi-language tracking and custom agent builds across multiple brands. Pro sits in between for teams needing multi-engine tracking without agency-scale complexity.
