Finseo Pricing

Finseo publishes zero prices. Business, Enterprise and Managed Service are all 'Book a demo', so this page covers what IS public (the capacity and feature limits of each plan), what the retired self-serve pricing suggests about budget, and what to pin down on the demo call.

AI Search Visibility (GEO) pricing at your prompt count

Use my pricing calculator to see how Finseo compares with other AI Search Visibility (GEO) software at the prompt count you actually need. Every tool here is priced at the same volume, which is the comparison a vendor’s own pricing page cannot make.

prompts

Priced in another currency, so listed separately rather than ranked:

The vendor’s own price is on the left. The dollar figure is my conversion at rates taken on 2026-08-06, shown only to give a sense of scale. These vendors do not set their dollar price by converting, so the approximation is not what you would be charged and is not used for ranking.

Some tools do not publish a price at exactly 50 prompts. Those show the next tier up, which is what you would actually pay: SE Visible at 200, Sorank at 300, Searchable at 100, Otterly.AI at 100, Scrunch AI at 125, Goodie at 100.

My take on Finseo pricing

I respect that Finseo publishes detailed capacity numbers (100 prompts, 9,000 AI answers, content quotas, crawlability pages) while publishing no prices at all. It tells you the product team is transparent and the go-to-market went deliberately upmarket. Third-party sources cite a retired self-serve Creator tier around €99 a month, and the docs still reference Creator and Agency plan names in the rate-limit tables, so the demo-only model looks like a recent move.

The unlimited-seats decision deserves credit. Most enterprise tracking tools meter users, which quietly doubles the price as adoption spreads. Finseo meters capacity (prompts, answers, content) instead, which is the fairer axis. Budget-wise: a platform with this positioning, these logos and a dedicated success manager on Enterprise is a four-figures-a-year conversation at minimum. Go into the demo with that expectation.

Verdict

Demo-gated everything, unlimited seats, capacity published but prices not

Finseo's pricing is a filter: if 'Book a demo' with no public number scares your budget, you are not the customer. What you can verify before the call is generous capacity (100 prompts and 9,000 answers a month on Business), unlimited seats everywhere, and a real API and MCP server included.

What you cannot verify is cost, term or renewal behavior, so treat the demo as a negotiation and get the annual number, the contract term and data-export rights in writing.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

There is no public price. Business, Enterprise and Managed Service are all quoted via demo. Third-party sources cite a retired self-serve tier around €99/month, which suggests current quotes start meaningfully above that; expect a four-figures-a-year conversation.

No free plan, and no trial is shown publicly. The only entry path is booking a demo. The docs mention that API keys require a paid plan, which is consistent with there being no free tier.

1 website and 1 project with 100 tracked prompts and 9,000 AI answers/month across 8 AI models, daily updates, 10 content pieces, 1,000 AI Agent credits, 500 crawlability pages, unlimited seats, 22 integrations, white-label report builder, REST API and the MCP server.

No. Every plan, including Business, has unlimited team seats. Pricing scales on capacity (prompts, AI answers, websites, content volume), not on how many people log in.
