Best SEO reporting software for ten clients

By Joonas Rotko, ex-agency co-owner, 10+ years spending real marketing budgets

Prices verified · How I choose, and how I earn from this page

If you send monthly SEO reports to about ten clients, I would start with AgencyAnalytics. It is the only pick built around reporting, with a white-labeled client portal and automated reports at $20/mo per client when billed annually, so ten clients is ten of those. SE Ranking covers the same job inside a rank tracker for $204.20/month billed annually.

Every total on this page is for

  • ten clients
  • a white-label report for each
  • 3 users

Who this is for. Freelancers, consultants and small agencies who send clients an SEO report every month and want it branded, scheduled and quick to produce. The tools here assemble and send the report. Deciding what goes in it, and explaining a ranking drop to a client, stays your job.

The tools side by side

AgencyAnalytics bills per client and Morningscore lists no white-label option, so neither shows a total. AccuRanker's price covers its rank tracker only, because its pricing page lists no white label. Every other row is the cheapest plan that covers ten clients, a white-label report for each and three people logging in, worked out for monthly and annual billing separately.

Wincher: I priced Standard. Wincher lists multiple users on Standard but doesn't say how many, so three logins can't be confirmed. The rest of the workload fits.

AccuRanker: I priced Professional. AccuRanker's pricing page lists reporting and export but no white-label option and no scheduled delivery, so this price covers the rank tracker, not branded client reports.

Seven picks, in the order I'd consider them

Each one says who it is for, what it costs for ten clients, and what you give up.

AgencyAnalytics logo

AgencyAnalytics

Dedicated reporting, priced per client

Desk research

Choose it if

Client reporting is the job, you want branded dashboards and automated reports for every client, and you're happy to pay per client instead of a flat fee.

Consider SE Ranking instead if

You also need keyword research and site audits. AgencyAnalytics reports on data, and rank tracking is a paid add-on on top.

Why it fits ten clients

The one plan includes unlimited reports and dashboards, a white-labeled client portal and automated client reporting, with unlimited staff accounts. That means cost only moves with the number of clients, which is easy to quote and easy to pass on.

The plan I priced

AgencyAnalytics has one plan, priced per client: $25/mo billed monthly, or $20/mo billed annually, for each client. Ten clients means ten of those, before add-ons.

Closest alternative

SE Ranking becomes the better choice when you want the rank tracking, research and audits in the same subscription, and a flat price for the whole client list.

Ten clients: billed by usage

Pay as you go. Billed per client: $20/mo billed annually or $25/mo billed monthly for each one. Ten clients means ten of those, before add-ons, so it is not comparable with the flat totals below.

The trade-off

Every site you add is billed as a client, and rank tracking is not in the base price. A rank tracker bought on top adds $50/mo per 500 keywords on monthly billing.
What my review says

Best for: A freelancer or small agency whose clients read a branded report or log into a portal every month, and who wants cost to grow one client at a time.

Skip it if you track one site of your own, or you want keyword research and audits in the same subscription.

Strengths

  • White-labeled client portal and automated client reporting on the one plan.
  • Unlimited reports, dashboards and staff accounts, so cost only moves with client count.
  • A 30-day money-back guarantee on top of a 14-day trial with no card.

Limits

  • Rank Tracker is an add-on at $50/mo per 500 keywords, so keyword tracking is not in the base price.
  • AI Tracker is a Beta add-on sold in credits, at $25/mo per bundle of 250 credits.
  • Annual billing needs a full year commitment to get the discount.

Reports inside the platform

Hands-on

Choose it if

You want tracking, audits and client reports under one login, and you can commit to a year to get white label.

Consider AgencyAnalytics instead if

The report and the client portal matter more than the SEO toolbox behind them, and you want to scale cost one client at a time.

Why it fits ten clients

Report Builder is included in the base plan, and the Agency Pack adds white-label reporting, client-facing tools and scheduled reports for every client with one purchase. Core covers 10 projects, so ten clients fit without a plan jump, and extra manager seats start at $16/user/mo.

The plan I priced

I priced Core plus the Agency Pack and two extra seats, which is what three people and ten white-label reports need. The Agency Pack is $69/mo and sold on annual billing only, so there is no monthly price for this setup.

Closest alternative

Semrush becomes the better choice when you want the wider research toolbox and white label on monthly billing, and you're comfortable paying per report.

Ten clients: Core with Agency Pack, 2 extra users

Billed annually

$204.20/mo

Above 10 sites: Growth with Agency Pack (+$88/mo billed annually).

The trade-off

White label is a yearly-only add-on, so you commit to a year before you send the first branded report. There are no refunds once you have paid.
What my review says

Best for: A freelancer or small agency that wants rank tracking, audits and white-label client reports under one login, at one flat price for the whole client list.

Skip it if you won't commit to a year, since white label is an annual-only add-on.

Strengths

  • Report Builder is in the base plan, and the Agency Pack adds white label and scheduled reports for every client with one purchase.
  • Core covers 10 projects and 2,000 keywords, so ten client sites fit without a plan jump.
  • A 14-day trial with no card, to build a real client report before paying.

Limits

  • White label is sold on annual billing only, so there is no monthly price for a branded setup.
  • Core includes 1 seat, and extra manager seats start at $16/user/mo.
  • No refunds once you have paid.

Semrush logo

Semrush

Report builder in a suite

Hands-on

Choose it if

You already live in Semrush for keyword and competitor research and want reports from the same data.

Consider SE Ranking instead if

You'd rather pay a flat add-on for white label than a fee for every client report.

Why it fits ten clients

The Pro Report add-on is $20/mo per report and adds white-label output, timed report delivery and extra third-party integrations. Pro+ and above include a Looker Studio integration, and the suite behind the reports is the widest here.

The plan I priced

The cost covers Pro+, which is the first plan with enough projects for ten clients, plus one Pro Report add-on per client and two extra users. Refunds are only available on annual plans.

Closest alternative

SE Ranking becomes the better choice when you want one flat add-on for white label across every client, and a lower total.
Semrush homepageSee Semrush plans

Ten clients: Pro+ with 10 x Pro Report, 2 extra users

Billed annually

$608.17/mo

Billed monthly

$659/mo

Above 15 sites: Advanced with 10 x Pro Report (+$247.50/mo billed annually).

The trade-off

White label is priced per report, so ten clients means ten add-ons stacked on a plan that already costs more than most picks here. Every plan includes only 3 base reports.
What my review says

Best for: A small agency already working in Semrush that wants white label on monthly billing and is fine paying for each client report.

Skip it if you want one flat price for white label across all your clients, since Semrush bills it per report.

Strengths

  • White label comes through the Pro Report add-on at $20/mo per report, with no yearly contract.
  • Pro+ covers 15 projects and includes the Looker Studio integration.
  • The research suite behind the reports is the widest on this list.

Limits

  • Ten clients means ten Pro Report add-ons on top of a plan that already costs more than most picks here.
  • Every plan includes only 3 base reports.
  • Refunds only on annual plans, in the first 7 days.

Search Atlas logo

Search Atlas

Client portal

Desk research

Choose it if

You want clients to log into a branded portal and you also want the platform to do SEO work for them.

Consider AgencyAnalytics instead if

Reporting is all you need. Search Atlas is a full execution platform and its plan limits are built around that.

Why it fits ten clients

White-label dashboards and reporting start on Pro, and Agency adds client portals and branded dashboards. Pro covers 4 projects and 5 seats, so a handful of clients fit before the Agency plan is needed.

The plan I priced

I priced the plan that holds ten projects. Agency is a "from" price, so the number on the card is a floor, not a quote.

Closest alternative

AgencyAnalytics becomes the better choice when you only want the reports and the portal, and don't want to pay for an execution platform.

Billed monthly

$999/mo

Above 10 sites: no bigger plan is published.

The trade-off

Pro stops at 4 projects, so ten clients needs Agency, which is priced from $999/mo and quoted through sales.
What my review says

Best for: A small agency that wants clients logging into a branded portal and also wants the platform to carry out SEO work for them.

Skip it if reporting is all you need, since the plans are sized around a full execution platform.

Strengths

  • White-label dashboards and reporting start on Pro, and Agency adds client portals.
  • Agency covers 10 projects and 10 seats, which fits ten clients and three logins.
  • A 7-day trial.

Limits

  • Pro stops at 4 projects, so ten clients needs Agency.
  • Agency is priced from $999/mo and quoted through sales.
  • You pay for execution tools even if you only want reports.

Wincher logo

Wincher

Tracker with white-label reports

Desk research

Choose it if

Rank reports are most of what your clients read, and you want scheduled, white-label PDFs without paying for a full suite.

Consider SE Ranking instead if

You need audits and research behind the rankings, and you can pay in dollars.

Why it fits ten clients

Standard includes white-labeled reports, scheduled PDF reports, Looker Studio and API access, with unlimited websites. The keyword limit is the real dial: you pick a keyword package and the price follows it, up to 4,000 keywords on Standard.

The plan I priced

I priced Standard in euros, which is how Wincher lists it: €89/mo billed monthly, or €74/mo billed annually, for the smallest keyword package. Bigger packages cost more. Wincher's prices are never converted or compared with the dollar-priced tools.

Closest alternative

AccuRanker becomes the better choice when your list of tracked keywords is large and the daily rank data is what your clients read.

What my review says

Best for: A freelancer or small agency whose clients mostly read rank reports and who wants scheduled white-label PDFs without paying for a full suite.

Skip it if you want Google AI Overview tracking, since the pricing page lists none.

Strengths

  • White-labeled and scheduled PDF reports from Standard, with unlimited websites.
  • Daily ranking updates on every plan.
  • A 7-day trial and a 7-day refund window.

Morningscore logo

Morningscore

Client-friendly view

Desk research

Choose it if

You want a simple tracker with reports for a client list and white-label branding isn't a requirement.

Consider Wincher instead if

You need white-label reports. Morningscore's pricing page lists customizable PDF reports but no white-label option.

Why it fits ten clients

Business covers 10 websites and Pro covers 30, with daily tracking and Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT visibility included. Pro adds ongoing reports and up to 30 reports a month.

The plan I priced

Morningscore cannot be priced for this workload, because its pricing page lists no white-label option, so no total is shown. For reference, Pro covers 30 websites at $159/mo billed monthly. Annual billing shows yearly totals only, and prices exclude VAT.

Closest alternative

Wincher becomes the better choice when you need branded reports and scheduled delivery, and a euro price list suits you.

Ten clients: not priced

Not priced here. Its pricing page lists no white-label option, so there is no total for a white-label report per client.

The trade-off

The pricing page lists no white-label option, and Lite has no report tool at all. It sits below Wincher for this workload because Wincher lists white label and Morningscore does not. Yearly plans lock you in for the full year.
What my review says

Best for: A freelancer who wants one simple tracker with daily Google and ChatGPT visibility and ongoing reports, and whose clients do not need the report under your brand.

Skip it if every client needs a white-label report, since the pricing page lists no white-label option.

Strengths

  • Every feature is in every plan, with no add-ons.
  • Pro covers 30 websites with 10 users and up to 30 reports a month.
  • A 14-day trial that needs no card.

Limits

  • The pricing page lists customizable PDF reports but no white-label option.
  • Lite has no report tool, and Business allows 3 reports a month.

Why it fits ten clients

Professional includes reporting and export, Google Search Console and Analytics integrations, and unlimited users, with daily rank updates. Expert adds Looker Studio, an API and AI search volume.

The plan I priced

I priced Professional in euros: €249/mo billed monthly, or €224/mo billed annually. Prices are never converted or compared with the dollar-priced tools.

What ten clients really costs

Totals are for the same ten clients wherever a tool's published plans can cover them. AgencyAnalytics bills per client, Morningscore cannot be priced for white label, and the two euro-priced trackers stay in euros and are never compared with the dollar totals

Wincher: priced on Standard. Wincher lists multiple users on Standard but doesn't say how many, so three logins can't be confirmed. The rest of the workload fits.

AccuRanker: priced on Professional. AccuRanker's pricing page lists reporting and export but no white-label option and no scheduled delivery, so this price covers the rank tracker, not branded client reports.

Dollar prices, per month (billed annually where sold)

Other currencies, per month (billed annually where sold)

Other currencies are not converted to dollars and are not compared with the bars above.

Pay monthly or yearly?

What yearly billing saves on the same plan.

  • Semrush$659 monthly, $608.17 yearly: 8% less
  • Wincher€89 monthly, €74 yearly: 17% less
  • AccuRanker€249 monthly, €224 yearly: 10% less

When you'll outgrow the plan

The first limit you hit, and the next plan up.

  • SE Ranking: above 10 sites, Growth with Agency Pack (+$88/mo)
  • Semrush: above 15 sites, Advanced with 10 x Pro Report (+$247.50/mo)
  • Search Atlas: above 10 sites, no bigger plan is published
How I calculated this

Workload: ten clients, a white-label report for each, 3 users.

Every client needs a white-label report. A plan that includes white label covers any number of clients, a flat add-on covers all of them with one purchase, and a per-report add-on is bought once per client.

Other options, and why they missed the list

I kept this list to tools whose plans I can price from the vendor's own page and that produce a client-facing report. Dedicated report builders like DashThis, Swydo and Whatagraph are common in this search, but they aren't on this page, because I only list what I can price. Looker Studio is the free route many agencies already use, and the FAQ covers it.

    • Ahrefs logo

    • Advanced Web Ranking logo

    • Sitechecker logo

More about me and how I review

    Affiliate disclosure

If you sign up through the AgencyAnalytics, SE Ranking, Semrush, Search Atlas or Morningscore links on this page, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. I have no affiliate link for Wincher or AccuRanker. They are here because their rank data and reports fit the job. When two tools fit about equally, I put the one I have an affiliate link for first, and the one exception is Wincher above Morningscore, because Wincher lists white label and Morningscore does not. No commission has moved a price on this page.

    How this guide was prepared

    What I did

    • I judged each tool on what a monthly client report needs: can it carry your brand, can it go out on a schedule, and does the price still make sense at ten clients. Every plan price and limit comes from the vendor's own pricing page, stored with its source link and the date I checked it.
    • Each total is the cheapest published plan that holds ten client sites, a white-label report for every one of them and three logins, worked out for monthly and annual billing separately. Add-ons that white label depends on, such as the SE Ranking Agency Pack or the Semrush Pro Report fee, are part of that total.
    • Wincher and AccuRanker list euro prices only, so they stay in euros and are never ranked against the dollar totals.
    • AgencyAnalytics bills per client, so its card shows the price for one client. Ten clients is ten times that, before add-ons.
    • The Hands-on and Desk research labels say what each review rests on: my own use of the product, or the vendor's published plans and documentation.

    What to keep in mind

    • Vendors change plans without notice. The date next to each source is the day I last checked it.
    • Morningscore's pricing page doesn't list white label, so it can't be priced for this workload.
    • AccuRanker's pricing page doesn't list white label or scheduled reports, so its card shows only what it documents.
    • Looker Studio is free and many agencies already use it for client dashboards. I didn't price it, because the cost is the time to build each report, not a subscription.
    Sources and verification dates

Prices and limits checked on 9 vendor pages. Oldest check: 29 Sep 2026.

    Questions people ask

How much does SEO reporting software cost for ten clients?

It depends on how the tool charges. AgencyAnalytics bills per client, $20/mo billed annually, so ten clients is ten times that. SE Ranking comes to $204.20/month billed annually for ten clients and three people, with white label. Semrush comes to $608.17/month billed annually, because white label is billed per report. Search Atlas lists its Agency plan from $999/mo billed monthly.

What is the difference between white label and branded reports?

A branded report carries your logo and colors on a report that still comes from the vendor's tool. White label removes the vendor's name and often lets clients log into a portal on your own domain. Check which one the plan includes: SE Ranking sells white label as the Agency Pack add-on, Semrush sells it per report, Wincher includes it from Standard, and Search Atlas includes it from Pro.

Is per-client pricing or a flat plan cheaper?

Per-client pricing is cheaper with a few clients and gets more expensive with every one you add. AgencyAnalytics charges $20/mo per client billed annually. A flat plan such as SE Ranking Growth covers 30 projects for one price, so it gets cheaper per client as your list grows.

Can I just use Looker Studio instead of a reporting tool?

Yes, and many agencies do. It's free and you design the report exactly as you like. The cost is your time: you build each client's dashboard, connect the data sources and fix connectors that break. Wincher, AccuRanker and Semrush Pro+ and above include a Looker Studio integration, so you can mix a tracker with your own dashboard.

Can I send reports automatically every month?

AgencyAnalytics lists automated client reporting on its one plan. Wincher lists scheduled PDF reports on every plan. The SE Ranking Agency Pack includes scheduled reporting, and Semrush's Pro Report add-on includes timed report delivery. Morningscore's Pro and Premium plans list ongoing reports.

Can I try these tools first?

AgencyAnalytics has a 14-day trial with no card, and a 30-day money-back guarantee. SE Ranking has a 14-day trial. Semrush has a 7-day trial. Search Atlas has a 7-day trial. Morningscore has a 14-day trial with no card. Wincher has a 7-day trial. AccuRanker's pricing page lists no trial.
