Is Nightwatch right for you?
Nightwatch is a rank tracker that added AI visibility tracking. It checks rankings daily across Google, Bing, YouTube, DuckDuckGo and Yahoo, tracks brand mentions in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, and ties the two together in a citation view.
Starter is €79/month billed yearly (€948 a year), Professional is €159 (€1,908 a year) and Agency is €399 (€4,788 a year), all with unlimited team seats and a 14-day trial with no card. Nightwatch's stated savings imply monthly billing of about €99, €199 and €499.
It fits an SEO team or agency that wants rank tracking and AI tracking on one bill without per-seat fees. It fits poorly when you need a confirmed monthly price, a confirmed MCP plan gate or a refund policy.

Nightwatch shows a monthly and yearly toggle with 20% off yearly. Yearly totals are €948 (Starter), €1,908 (Professional) and €4,788 (Agency), or €79, €159 and €399 a month. The stated yearly savings (€240, €480 and €1,200) imply monthly billing of €99, €199 and €499, and its homepage says pricing starts at €99 a month (€79 annually). I could not confirm the monthly figures on screen because the tool I used summarised the toggle inconsistently.

Everything is included on every plan
Nightwatch states all tools are included on every plan, with unlimited seats, no contracts, no setup fees and white-label reporting. Plans differ in limits, not features, apart from API and MCP access.
The trial converts to monthly billing
The 14-day trial needs no card, and if you do not cancel within 14 days Nightwatch bills a regular monthly subscription.
Refunds are not stated
The pricing FAQ says there is no long-term commitment and you can cancel at any time. It does not state a refund policy.

Downsides
Limitations to consider before subscribing
Monthly billing price is not confirmed
Nightwatch's page summarised inconsistently. The stated savings imply €99, €199 and €499 monthly, but I could not read the toggle on screen.
MCP plan gate contradicts itself
The pricing page says the MCP server is on every plan including Starter. The MCP page says Professional and above and excludes the trial.
Prices are shown in euros
The pricing page shows euros. I did not find a currency selector or USD prices.
AI answer allowances are capped
Starter's 1,500 AI answers a month and 50 prompts run out quickly on a multi-brand agency setup, and the higher plans jump to €159 and €399.
Refund terms are absent
There is no refund statement in the FAQ I read, only the ability to cancel at any time.
My Recommendation
Should You Choose Nightwatch?
Shortlist Nightwatch if you want daily rank tracking and AI tracking on one plan, unlimited seats and white-label reports, and can confirm the MCP gate for your tier.
Choose SE Ranking for a wider suite, Advanced Web Ranking for deep reporting, or Mangools for a small bundle with keyword research.
What to check during the trial
