Post for Me Pricing: $10/mo for 1,000 Posts, No Free Plan

Post for Me skips the usual per-seat SaaS pricing model and charges by posting volume instead. Nine tiers run from $10/month for 1,000 posts up to $1,000/month for 200,000 posts , with a custom Enterprise tier above that.

Recommendation

Which plan should you choose?

+
1,000 Posts ($10/mo)Solo developer testing an MVP

Low commitment at $10/month, and you still get unlimited accounts and API keys to build and test with before scaling.

+
5,000 Posts ($50/mo)Small agency managing multiple client accounts

Unlimited accounts and team members mean you can onboard many clients without paying per profile, as long as combined volume stays under 5,000 posts.

+
20,000 Posts ($150/mo)SaaS product embedding social publishing as a feature

High enough volume for many end users posting regularly, with unlimited API keys to support multiple integrations.

+
100,000 Posts ($500/mo) or 200,000 Posts ($1,000/mo)Media network or high-volume publisher

Built for sustained, heavy publishing schedules where the flat per-tier price beats per-account pricing at scale.

+
Enterprise (custom pricing)Organizations needing custom volume or support terms

Editorial

My take on Post for Me pricing

Joonas Rotko

Charging by post volume instead of by connected account is a sensible call for a developer-facing tool. Most social posting APIs, like Ayrshare, gate you by the number of profiles you connect, which punishes agencies juggling dozens of client accounts. Post for Me flips that model: unlimited accounts, unlimited team seats and unlimited API keys on every tier, including the $10/month one.

The ladder itself is uneven, and Post for Me doesn't hide it. Going from 1,000 to 2,500 posts is a 150% price jump ($10 to $25), while going from 20,000 to 40,000 posts only doubles the price ($150 to $300). That's typical for volume-based SaaS pricing: the per-post cost drops as you climb tiers, so the cheapest plans actually cost more per post than the top ones.

No free trial and no money-back guarantee are worth flagging before you commit. Post for Me says it won't auto-charge for overages and will contact you about upgrading instead, which is friendlier than transactional APIs like Postmark or Mailgun that bill per-unit overages automatically. Still, with zero trial period, you're paying for at least one full billing cycle before you know if the API fits your stack.

If you're comparing options, it's worth checking how Blotato or Unipile structure their tiers before locking in.

Verdict

Is Post for Me Worth the Price?

Post for Me makes sense if your bottleneck is unpredictable multi-account access, not raw posting volume. A three-person agency juggling 15 client accounts pays the same $10/month as a solo developer with one account, as long as both stay under 1,000 posts. That's a real difference from platforms like Ayrshare that charge per connected profile.

Where the math gets less favorable is pure high-volume posting. A brand pushing 40,000 scheduled posts a month pays $300, and there's no annual plan to soften that cost. If your use case is thousands of near-identical posts across a handful of accounts rather than many accounts with light volume, you end up paying for unlimited seats you may never use.

Compare that against bundle.social or Postiz if account count isn't your constraint.
