Website Builder (1 Website)

You can build one full website with multiple pages. The builder includes professional templates, and the drag-and-drop editor gives you solid control over layout with text blocks, headlines, images, video, audio, carousels, and column layouts.

The editor is straightforward. It does not try to compete with dedicated website builders, but for a landing page, portfolio, or simple business site, it handles the job well.

Email Marketing (Unlimited Emails)

This is where the free plan gets interesting. You can send unlimited emails to up to 2,000 contacts. Most email marketing platforms cap either the number of emails or contacts on their free tier.

The CRM lets you filter contacts, add tags, manage subscriptions, and segment your audience. You also get newsletter campaigns and email sequences. For a tattoo parlor building their client list or an accounting firm nurturing leads, 2,000 contacts with unlimited sends is plenty to start.

For comparison, Brevo limits you to 300 emails per day on their free plan, and MailerLite caps at 1,000 subscribers with 12,000 monthly emails.

You can create and sell one online course with multiple modules and lectures. The course builder includes theme templates and hosts everything on a Systeme.io subdomain. For a web design studio creating a "DIY Website Basics" course or a fitness coach packaging workout programs, this is a real revenue stream at zero cost.

Automation Rules

The automation builder is available on the free plan with no restrictions on the number of rules. Trigger options include tag-based actions, form submissions, campaign completions, webinar registrations, and more. You can automatically tag contacts, send emails, enroll people in courses, or move them through funnels based on their behavior.

You get one blog with the ability to publish unlimited posts. It is basic compared to WordPress, but for someone who wants everything in one platform, it works. The blog integrates directly with your funnels and email list.

SMS Marketing

SMS functionality is included on the free plan through Twilio integration. You can create SMS templates with personalization variables (name, email, etc.) and send text messages to your contacts. You will need a separate Twilio account for sending, but the Systeme.io side of the integration costs nothing extra.

Affiliate Program Management

You can create and run your own affiliate program directly from the free plan. The affiliate dashboard gives you a complete overview of sales, leads, and commissions. You set up commission structures, manage individual affiliates, view performance reports, and handle payouts, all from one screen.
