Systeme.io bundles funnels, email, courses, a CRM and a website into one login for $17 a month, with a free plan that is genuinely usable rather than a demo. It is the cheapest capable all-in-one I have used, and the value gap over the rest of the category is not close.
You get sales funnels, email marketing, course hosting and a CRM from one tool and one bill, and an official MCP server on the free plan means your AI can drive the account rather than just read it. The trade is depth: each part is good enough rather than best in class. It suits a solo consultant or a small business. It is not an agency platform.
This is the all-in-one I actually recommend when a solo consultant or a small business asks how to stop paying for five tools. It works, it costs $17, and you will outgrow it on design control long before you outgrow it on features. Running an agency on it is a different question, and the answer there is no.

What using it was like
Inside Systeme.io
Systeme.io is the cheapest genuinely capable all-in-one I have used, and the value for money is not close. You can drive it from an AI stack or work in the dashboard, and neither feels like the bolted-on option.
Where I would stop is agency work. It is built for a solo consultant or a small business running their own thing, and at that size it is a strong choice with an unusually active community around it if you get stuck. I would not put an agency on it.

Where AI Is Catching Up
The copywriting and landing page template selection are vulnerable. Claude and ChatGPT already write conversion-focused copy competently, and AI design tools are improving fast. The email sequence automation is also exposed because AI agents can now build conditional logic and personalization rules that used to justify premium software.
However, Systeme.io's advantage is speed and integration, not sophistication, so this risk is real but manageable if you're using it for volume rather than pure quality.

There is no CLI, and OAuth is still on the roadmap (keys expire every 90 days), but for driving Systeme.io from an AI assistant the MCP is now the direct path rather than a workaround.

Design control runs out fast
Templates are functional rather than polished, and custom CSS is limited. If your landing pages are the product, this is the wall you hit first, and it arrives well before any feature limit does.
Native integrations are thinner than the incumbents
Fewer prebuilt third-party connections than platforms that have been at this longer. Worth noting the API story has changed though: the official MCP server runs on the free plan, so an AI agent can operate the account even where a native integration does not exist.
MCP covers less than the dashboard does
Funnel support through MCP reaches opt-in steps only, newsletters can be created but not deleted, and keys use API-key auth with a 90-day expiry until OAuth ships. Enough for most day-to-day work, not enough to run everything headless.
Not an agency platform
Sub-accounts exist and a consultant can run a couple of client accounts through them, but that is where it stops. No white-label, no granular user permissions, no approval workflows. If you are running client work at agency scale, this is the wrong tool and no plan upgrade changes that.
