I assess SEO and marketing software through 10+ years of agency work, current product research, buyer needs, competing tools and total cost.
How this review was prepared
This is a research-based review. I checked Goodie's current pricing page, product pages and MCP page and third-party reviews, then assessed what those published limits mean for a buyer. I have not presented vendor claims as personal testing.

The Verdict
Is Goodie right for you?
Goodie is an answer engine optimisation platform. It tracks how 11 or more AI systems cite your brand, lists optimisation actions, and includes an Agentic Commerce Suite for AI shopping agents.
The pricing page I read shows a $399 a month Core brand plan for 5 models and 120 prompts, a $999 Pro plan for 8 models and 250 prompts, and an agency Growth plan at $275. Earlier records called the entry plan Explorer with different limits, so plan names and allowances conflict. The MCP server is official.
It fits brands that want optimisation actions and shopping-agent coverage. It fits poorly for small budgets, and until the plan structure is confirmed.
Who It's For
Who Goodie is for (and who it isn't)
✓ Best for
- +Retail and ecommerce brands. The Agentic Commerce Suite and SKU-level visibility on Pro target AI shopping agents, and tracking includes Amazon Alexa for Shopping.
- +Teams that want actions, not only reports. Plans list monthly optimisation actions, a Content Studio and revenue attribution built around a research-to-revenue loop.
- +Teams that want assistant access to visibility data. The official MCP server connects Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor by OAuth to visibility scores, share of voice, prompt research, crawl insights, actions and attribution.

AI, API & MCP

Goodie has an official OAuth MCP server, while API access appears limited to Enterprise.
AI agent workflow
A safe agent workflow
Ask an assistant which sources cite competitors, which prompts you miss and which actions to do first, then decide what to act on.
Approval boundary: The MCP exposes optimisation actions. Confirm whether any tool writes changes before granting broad access.

Pricing
How much does Goodie cost?
Goodie brand plans start at $399/month, and plan names and allowances need confirming.
| Plan | USD, monthly billing; reported by different sources |
|---|---|
| Core (Explorer in earlier records) | $399/mo |
| ProPopular | $999/mo |
| Agency Growth | $275/mo |
| Enterprise | Custom |
Goodie's plan names and limits conflict between sources. The pricing page I read lists brand plans Core at $399, Pro at $999 and Enterprise, plus an agency Growth plan at $275 and a custom agency Enterprise plan. Earlier records and a third-party review call the $399 plan Explorer, with 100 prompts, 3,000 AI responses, 10 optimisation actions and 3 seats, and list Pro as demo-only. Annual billing is reported at 20% off.
Two versions of the entry plan
Pricing page: Core with 5 models, 120 prompts across 2 countries, 50 monthly optimisation actions and 5 seats. Earlier records: Explorer with ChatGPT, AI Overviews and Perplexity, 100 prompts, 3,000 responses, 10 actions and 3 seats. Confirm which is live.
Higher plans
Pro: 8 models, 250 prompts, 5+ countries, 100 actions, SKU-level ecommerce visibility and unlimited seats per the page. Enterprise: 13 models, 500+ prompts, 8+ countries, a dedicated strategist and SOC 2 compliance.
Trial and guarantee
A 7-day free trial is listed on the entry plan, and a third-party review reports a 30-day money-back guarantee. Other tiers go through a demo.

Limitations to consider before subscribing
Plan names and limits conflict
Core vs Explorer and different prompt, action and seat counts appear in different sources.
Higher entry price
$399 a month is several times the cost of entry-level trackers.
Pro and Enterprise need a demo
The 7-day trial applies to the entry plan only, and higher plans go through sales.
No public API documented
API and export access appear tied to Enterprise.
MCP scope unclear
Read and write permissions and plan gating were not stated.
My Recommendation
Should You Choose Goodie?
Shortlist Goodie if you are a retail or ecommerce brand that wants AI shopping-agent tracking, optimisation actions and an official MCP server.
Choose Promptwatch for a lower price with a free tier, Peec AI for a simple dashboard, or Profound for enterprise depth.
What to check during the trial
- –Confirm the current plan names, prompts, models and seats in writing.
- –Start the 7-day trial and add your real prompts.
- –Ask what the MCP can write and which plans include it.
- –Ask what the Enterprise API and exports cover.
