Email Marketing pricing at your contact count

Use my pricing calculator to see how Zoho Campaigns compares with other Email Marketing software at the contact count you actually need. Every tool here is priced at the same volume, which is the comparison a vendor’s own pricing page cannot make.

The vendor’s own price is on the left. The dollar figure is my conversion at rates taken on 2026-08-06, shown only to give a sense of scale. These vendors do not set their dollar price by converting, so the approximation is not what you would be charged and is not used for ranking.

Some tools do not publish a price at exactly 500 contacts. Those show the next tier up, which is what you would actually pay: EmailOctopus at 2,500, Flodesk at 1,000, beehiiv at 2,500, Loops at 1,000, Sender at 2,500, Buttondown at 1,000.

Each median is the middle price of the cheapest plan covering that level, across the 36 Email Marketing tools on this site. Tools that publish no price at a level are excluded from that row rather than estimated, which is why coverage varies. “Most reviewed” uses combined third-party review counts as a stand-in for popularity. These are list prices before overage, add-ons and seat charges.

Recommendation

Which plan should you choose?

+
StandardZoho Ecosystem Users

If you already use Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, or Zoho Desk, Campaigns is the natural choice. The native CRM integration syncs contacts bidirectionally, and the shared Zoho contact database eliminates duplicate data management. For a staffing agency running Zoho CRM for recruitment, adding Campaigns at $4/month for email marketing is the most cost-effective and integrated option.

+
StandardUltra-Budget Businesses

At $4/month ($3.50 annual) for 500 contacts with unlimited emails, Zoho Campaigns is the cheapest paid email marketing plan available. For a neighborhood tutoring center that needs basic email campaigns without spending much, the price is hard to argue with. The free plan at 2,500 contacts is equally generous for pre-revenue businesses.

Consider alternativesBusinesses Not Using Zoho

Without the Zoho ecosystem integration, Campaigns loses its primary differentiator. The interface feels less polished than Moosend or MailerLite, and the standalone feature set is thinner. At $7/month, Moosend offers more advanced automation. At $10/month, MailerLite adds a website builder. The $2-4 savings at Zoho rarely justify the trade-offs in user experience and features.

Scaling Costs

How much as you grow?

Zoho Campaigns uses contact-based pricing. Here's how costs change as your list grows.

On the Professional plan, Zoho Campaigns ranges from $6/mo at 500 contacts to $403/mo at 100,000 contacts. That's a 67.2x increase.

Buddy's Take

On the Professional plan, going from 500 to 100,000 contacts is a 67.2x price jump ($6 to $403/mo). Budget for this. Contact-based pricing always catches people off guard.

Editorial

My take on Zoho Campaigns pricing

Joonas Rotko
Joonas RotkoAuthor & founder of That Marketing Buddy

Zoho Campaigns wins on price, plain and simple. At $4/month for Standard and $6/month for Professional, it costs less than a coffee. The free plan at 2,500 contacts is more generous than Moosend (1,000 contacts free) and matches Sender.

The real value proposition is ecosystem integration. If Zoho CRM is your central business tool, Campaigns becomes the obvious email marketing choice. The shared contact database, bidirectional sync, and unified reporting eliminate the integration headaches that plague third-party connections. That ecosystem lock-in is both the strength and the limitation.

Outside the Zoho ecosystem, the value diminishes. The interface feels functional but dated compared to MailerLite, and the automation lacks the depth of Moosend. At $4-6/month versus $7-10/month for competitors, you save a few dollars but sacrifice polish and power. See the full Zoho Campaigns review.

Hidden Costs

What the pricing page doesn't tell you

From Buddy's analysis

Standard plan has a 100K contact ceiling - you must upgrade to Professional beyond that. Free plan has both contact AND email sending limits (6K emails/month). Auto-upgrades occur when integrations push you over contact limits.

Verdict

Is Zoho Campaigns Worth It?

Zoho Campaigns offers genuine value at the lowest prices in email marketing. At $4/month for Standard and $6/month for Professional, it undercuts nearly every competitor. The free plan at 2,500 contacts with 15,000 emails is generous. The catch: the platform is designed for the Zoho ecosystem. If you use Zoho CRM, the native integration is a significant advantage.

If you do not, the interface feels dated and the standalone feature set is thinner than Moosend or MailerLite. Read my full Zoho Campaigns review for the complete analysis.
