The Verdict

Is Ranklytics right for you?

Ranklytics pitches SEO on autopilot, but it is broader than a content writer. It writes and auto-publishes long articles, tracks your keyword rankings daily, scores opportunities from Google Search Console, and monitors your brand mentions in ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. That mix puts it closer to a light suite than a pure autopilot, and it backs it with a documented public API.

A good middle ground between a content autopilot and a tracking suite. Ranklytics writes and publishes, then tracks rankings daily, scores GSC opportunities and watches your AI-search visibility, all in one dashboard from $49 a month. It even ships a documented REST API with an llms.txt for agents.

The catches: monthly billing only, article credits that reset each month, per-location pricing, and API access locked to the $199 Agency plan with a low default rate limit. There is no deep audit crawler or backlink index either.

Ranklytics runs $49 / $99 / $199 a month (per location, monthly only). There is a free trial but no free plan. The $99 Search + AI tier is the popular one; API access and whitelabel are gated to the $199 Agency plan.

Who It's For

The right fit (and the wrong one)

Best for

  • +
Solo marketers and small teams Content, rank tracking and AI-visibility monitoring in one place, starting at $49 a month, so you are not paying for three tools.
  • +
Agencies wanting whitelabel The $199 Agency plan covers three sites, unlimited users, API access and whitelabel reporting for clients.
  • +
SEO consultants Daily rank tracking plus GSC opportunity scoring gives you something to report on, not just published articles.
  • +
GEO-curious teams Built-in tracking of brand mentions across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity adds an AI-visibility angle most autopilots lack.

Skip this if

  • Teams needing deep audits or a backlink index Ranklytics has no site-audit crawler and its backlinks are network exchange only, not an Ahrefs-style index.
  • Buyers who want annual billing It is monthly only, and unused article credits do not roll over, so you lose what you do not use each month.
  • Developers on low tiers The REST API is real but gated to the $199 Agency plan, with a default 100 calls per 24 hours.
  • High-volume publishers on a budget Article allowances are modest (5, 30 then 90 a month) and overage articles add up at $5, $3 or $2 each.

Features

What can Ranklytics do?

Ranklytics runs the write-optimize-publish loop and then keeps working: it re-optimizes underperforming pages automatically, tracks your keyword rankings daily, and scores quick-win opportunities from Search Console. Articles run long (the vendor cites 2,500 to 4,500 words) and auto-publish to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and Wix.

The tracking side is what sets it apart from a pure autopilot. You get daily rank monitoring, content-gap analysis, competitor watch and weekly automated reports, plus AI-visibility monitoring that tracks your brand mentions across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. Backlinks are handled through an automatic exchange network rather than an index or outreach.

For developers, Ranklytics publishes a documented REST API at developers.ranklytics.ai with API-key auth and an llms.txt aimed at agents, covering projects, keywords, content, rankings and on-page reports. It is genuine programmatic access, though it is gated to the Agency plan and rate-limited to 100 calls a day by default. There is no MCP server.

UX & Support

Is Ranklytics easy to use?

Ranklytics keeps everything in one dashboard, which is the main ease-of-use win: content, tracking and AI visibility in one login instead of three tools. Connecting Search Console via OAuth unlocks the opportunity scoring, which is worth doing on day one.

The company keeps a low public profile (support is via email, and no founders are named on the site), so lean on the free trial to judge content quality and tracking accuracy in your niche before committing. Note that a Black Friday promo code was showing live at review time, which reads as either evergreen or a stale page, so do not count on it.

Ranklytics has three tiers, all billed monthly and priced per location. Search is $49 a month (1 site, 5 articles, 100 tracked keywords). Search + AI, the popular tier, is $99 (1 site, 30 articles, 500 keywords). Agency is $199 (3 sites, 90 articles, 2,000 keywords) and adds unlimited users, whitelabel and API access. Extra articles cost $5, $3 or $2 by tier, and extra sites are $29 each on Agency.

Two things shape your real spend. First, credits do not roll over, so an unused allowance is money left on the table each month. Second, there is no annual option, so you cannot pre-pay for a discount. There is a free trial to test any plan, but no free-forever tier, so plan to commit from $49 once the trial ends.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

$49/month (Search), $99/month (Search + AI, the popular tier) and $199/month (Agency), all billed monthly and priced per location. Extra articles cost $5, $3 or $2 by tier. There is a free trial but no free plan.

Yes. There is a documented REST API at developers.ranklytics.ai with API-key auth and an llms.txt for agents, covering projects, keywords, content, rankings and on-page reports. It is gated to the $199 Agency plan and defaults to 100 calls per 24 hours. There is no MCP server.

Yes. Alongside daily Google rank tracking, it monitors your brand mentions across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, so you get both traditional SEO and AI-search visibility in one tool.

Not quite. It combines content, rank tracking, GSC opportunity scoring and AI visibility, but it has no deep site-audit crawler and its backlinks are network exchange only, not an Ahrefs-style index. It is a light suite, not a full one.

No. It is monthly only, and unused article credits do not roll over month to month, so match your plan to the volume you will actually use.

Three clear tiers ($49 / $99 / $199 a month) but it is monthly billing only, priced per location, and unused article credits do not roll over. Low tiers cover one website; extra sites are $29 each on Agency. Overage articles cost $5, $3 or $2 depending on tier, so your real bill depends on how far past your credit allowance you go.

Ranklytics has a documented public REST API at developers.ranklytics.ai with API-key auth and even an llms.txt for agents, covering projects, keywords, content, rankings and on-page reports. That is real programmatic access. The limits: no MCP server, API access is gated to the $199 Agency plan, and the default rate limit is a low 100 calls per 24 hours.

Content auto-publishes to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and Wix, so your articles live in your CMS. The REST API (Agency plan) lets you pull projects, keywords, content and rankings out programmatically. Monthly billing means no long lock-in, but there is no free plan, so you commit from day one at $49.
