Rankscale is an AI search visibility platform founded in October 2024. It tracks brand mentions, citations, sentiment and competitors across AI engines, adds page audits for AI readiness, and prices on a monthly credit allowance with optional top-ups.
Plans run from Essentials at $20/month, to Pro at $99 (1,200 credits, up to 4,800 tracked answers, 10 brand dashboards), Growth at $385 (5,500 credits, 50 dashboards) and Enterprise at $780 (12,000 credits, 100 dashboards). Annual billing is listed at about 15% off, and Pro has a 7-day free trial.

Top-ups replace forced upgrades
Credit top-ups are available at any time, so a busy month does not force a tier change. The page does not state a refund policy.

Rankscale was founded in October 2024 and reports a team of 13 as of August 2026. That is a market-level fact, not a flaw, but it means a short track record.
No refund or annual-price clarity
No refund policy is stated, and the Pro annual total looks inconsistent with the other plans.
