RankPilot Pricing

RankPilot prices in two tracks. A dead-simple self-serve plan at a flat $59 a month, and a set of agency plans ($295, $885 and from $1475 a month) sold via demo. Here is what each includes, and the caveats worth knowing before you pay or book a call.

My take on RankPilot pricing

The self-serve pricing is the most predictable in its category: a single flat $59 a month, no tiers, no usage meter. For automated, published content that is strong value, well under a freelance writer. The catch is the trial, 3 days with a credit card required, so it rolls into the paid plan unless you cancel.

The agency pricing is the opposite of predictable. Essential ($295), Growth ($885, most popular) and Enterprise (from $1475) are all 'Book a demo', with steep jumps and no public checkout, so your real cost comes out of a sales call. That is normal for agency tooling, but go in knowing you are negotiating, not just picking a plan off a page.

Verdict

Flat $59 self-serve, but agency pricing is a demo negotiation

RankPilot's self-serve $59 a month is genuinely predictable and good value for automated, published content. The agency plans ($295, $885, from $1475) are where the money and the complexity are: all demo-sold, with steep jumps and no public checkout, so budget for a sales conversation.

Watch two things: AI-visibility tracking is 'coming soon' on the cheap plan, and API access only appears on Enterprise.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Self-serve is a flat $59/month after a 3-day card-gated trial. Agency plans are $295, $885 and from $1475/month , all book-a-demo. Some third-party reviews cite $59 as a limited-time self-serve rate versus a $99 regular price.

There is no free plan. There is a 3-day free trial on the self-serve plan, but it requires a credit card, so it converts to $59/month unless you cancel. Agency plans start with a demo, not a free trial.

The $59 self-serve plan is a single-site content autopilot. The agency plans ($295+) are a different product: multi-client AI-visibility tracking, white-label reports and project management for 5 to 25+ clients. You are paying for the platform and scale, not just more articles.
