The published subscription price is not necessarily the total cost. Check the terms that affect your actual workload, expansion and cancellation before you migrate.
The free Starter plan is not a trial. It is capped at 2,500 subscribers, 10,000 emails per month, three automation sequences and five steps, with branding on every email.
The selected Pro tier includes an email-send allowance. A small list that sends daily can hit that allowance before its subscriber count grows.
EmailOctopus counts the same subscriber twice if they are on two lists. Unsubscribed, bounced and complained contacts do not count toward billing.
EmailOctopus says it automatically moves Pro accounts to the next tier as the list grows. Keep an eye on imported contacts and list duplication.
Its terms describe a 14-day cooling-off period and otherwise non-refundable payments. Confirm the current terms, and the nonprofit discount, at checkout.
