The free plan is actually quite generous with 500 contacts and 2,500 monthly emails. That's enough for most small businesses to get started. The jump to Pro gives you more contacts and removes branding, but the $15 per additional user adds up quickly for teams. At $39 for 5,000 contacts, you're paying premium prices for what feels like basic functionality.

Benchmark earns its price only if the email builder and AI subject-line tools cover your full use case and you do not need behavioral automation.
