Access, auth, and limits
MCP starts at the Pro tier, $189/month, and carries through Business at $499/month. Starter does not include it, so there is no way to trial the integration on the cheapest plan or evaluate it before committing.
Auth method, transport and endpoint are all unpublished. AIclicks' own llms.txt file lists Pro's integrations as Google Analytics only, while the live pricing page lists GA4, API, MCP and CMS for the same tier. The pricing page is the more current of the two, but the disagreement is a fair warning that the integration layer is moving faster than the documentation describing it.
Does AIclicks MCP cost extra?
AIclicks ships an official MCP server that uses your existing subscription credentials.
- No separate MCP licence to buy. You pay for your AIclicks plan, the MCP server queries that account.
- Whether it's gated to a specific tier wasn't extracted automatically — verify the access requirements on the MCP page or pricing docs.
AIclicks also publishes a REST API
AIclicks publishes an API, but per-tier gating wasn't extracted automatically.
What you can do with AIclicks from an AI agent
Three shapes of agent workflow. Pick the row that matches how you actually use Claude / Cursor / Codex day to day.
Skip the dashboard, ask Claude
- "What changed this week?" answered in seconds
- Quick one-off questions without leaving the editor
- Pipe AIclicks data into your personal notes / docs without writing a script
Run client analysis at agent speed
- Hand the MCP server to your team — every consultant can ask Claude about any client's AIclicks account
- Multi-account workflows without context-switching the AIclicks UI
- Reports you'd normally spend hours on, done before standup
Production agent workflows
- Embed in your internal Codex / Cursor agents that triage AIclicks data daily
- Combine with other MCP servers in a multi-step agent chain
- Constrain agents to read-only roles to keep production AIclicks safe
Limits and gotchas
- Official MCP server — published by AIclicks themselves, so it should track product changes.
- Fallback: the REST API works for any flow the MCP server doesn't cover.
- Rate limits: MCP calls count against your underlying AIclicks API quota. Burst usage from a curious agent can drain a daily allowance fast.
Agent-readiness verdict
Real enough to be sold and too undocumented to evaluate. At $189/month minimum with no published endpoint or tool list, ask AIclicks for the setup guide before the integration influences your decision to buy.
